SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY – PRODUCT RETURN AND SUPPORT TERMSAt Teakina BeverTeakina Beverage Inc., Order & Return Department, Malıköy Başkent Organized Industrial Zone, 19tht in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws as well as hygiene and food safety regulations.Return Conditions – Food Products: In accordance with hygiene and health regulations, returns are not accepted for food products that have been opened, whose packaging has been damaged, that have been used, or that are no longer in resalable condition. Products that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be sent in their original packaging, complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Custom-made, campaign-specific, or personalized products are excluded from returns.Return Process: To initiate a return request, you must send an email to [email protected]. Your request must include your order number and the reason for return. Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. If approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method.Damaged Products and Delivery: Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to open and check the package in the presence of the courier. If any damage, breakage, leakage, or missing items are detected, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the package. In cases where no damage report is issued, responsibility will belong to the recipient.Non-Food Products (Accessories, etc.): Returns are not accepted for non-food products that have been opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or worn.
